INSTRUCTIONS
- The process is simple, but you must carefully read the conditions, deadlines and steps to follow to correctly complete your registration for the event.
- Complete the online pre-registration form.
- You will receive a PDF registration document, which you must fill out and sign appropriately, verifying that the data is absolutely correct.
- Send the registration form in PDF, together with the bank receipt of the transfer to the email info@tourdegambia.com
(both documents are essential to validate registration). - You will subsequently receive an email confirming your registration for the GAMBIA TOUR 2024.
CANCELLATION POLICY – CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
1) In the event of unilateral cancellation of participation in the event by any participant or registrant, the applicable penalty policy and corresponding deadlines will be as follows:
• From March 1, 2024 to April 15, 2024 – 50% NON-refundable deposit.
• From April 16, 2024 to May 31, 2024 – 75% NON-refundable deposit.
• From June 1, 2024 to July 31, 2024 – 100% NON-refundable deposit.
• From August 1, 2024 to September 15, 2024 – 50% Total NON-refundable
• From September 16, 2024 to October 31, 2024 – 75% Total NON-refundable.
• From November 1, 2024 – 100% total NON-refundable.
2) The holding of the event is subject to a minimum participation of fifteen (15) participants, in which case the full refund of the amounts paid to the respective participants and/or registrants will be made between September 15 and 30, 2024.
3) If the Gambia 2024 tour is postponed for reasons of force majeure or for any unexpected circumstances and/or extremes beyond control and not attributable to the organization or that have not been directly caused by it, the amounts paid up to that moment by the participants and/or registered participants will be automatically and fully transferred to the next available edition of the event. In the event that the participant/registrant declines this option and requests a refund, this will be subject to the terms, conditions, penalties and deadlines detailed above and described in point 1 of this chapter of the cancellation and refund policy.
4) However, if circumstances relating to points 1 or 3 of this chapter arise and if they so wish, the participant/registrant could ultimately and without any additional expense be replaced by a third person of their choice who would take their place.
PRIVACY POLICY
Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council regarding the protection of data of natural persons, of April 27, 2016 (GDPR), you are informed that the data provided will be processed by IPA Valles Occidental Barcelona with cif number g65051310, located on ctra. terrassa 118, 08191 Rubi, Barcelona (Spain) and whose email address is ipavalles@hotmail.com, which acts as data controller.
Your data will be processed for the purposes derived from the contractual relationship that we maintain with you, including the use of your image for identification within the association and the events that it organizes, promotes and sponsors or the management of the organizational activity of said association.
Likewise, your data may also be used to send you information related to our services, acts and events and/or linked information that we consider may be of interest to you.
The personal data provided will be kept for the time necessary to comply with legal and contractual obligations according to the regulations in force at all times, resulting in the legal basis for the processing of your data, your contractual relationship with IPA Valles Occidental (purpose 1) and your express consent (purpose 2).
Your data may be transferred to third parties in case of legal obligation.
If you wish, you can contact our data protection officer (DPD), revoke the consent provided and/or exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation of processing and/or portability of data by writing to IPA. Valles Occidental, to the email address ipavalles@hotmail.com if you consider that your rights have been violated, you also have the right to file a claim with the competent supervisory authority (in this case, the Spanish data protection agency).
